DEVELOPING AS A DEPARTMENT CHAIR: CULTIVATING AN ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP MINDSET
Recognizing that each college has its own policies, processes, and culture, this session will provide new and incoming department chairs with the opportunity to develop the "mindset" of a successful academic leader.
Our ACS FOCUS webinar sessions will feature panel discussions with invited guests to address topics of interest. Audience members will be able to chat with one another and ask questions of our panelists.
Our ACS FOCUS structured writing time gives our members both a community and the time to work on their scholarly writing projects.
