This “train the trainer” experience equips two people per campus (a human resource lead and a faculty-hiring lead) to build or expand the institution’s recruiting and hiring process, practices and policies towards increased equity in faculty/staff hiring. The experience includes readings, interactive lectures with people who have designed such programs at ACS institutions, opportunities for confidentially sharing and discussing among peers, scenarios for training and tactical planning for each institution’s up-coming hiring season.
