Recent evidence suggests that air pollution contributes to Alzheimer’s disease risk. This talk will introduce these important findings and then explore the biological mechanisms by which air pollution acts. Most of the data presented will involve the use of animal models to study the effects of air pollution in a controlled laboratory environment.
