With a distinguished background in music education and project management, Shiree X. Williams brings a unique blend of expertise in conducting, academic program management, and community engagement across both educational and government sectors.
Currently serving as Project Manager for ACS, Shiree oversees logistics, budgeting, and participant engagement across academic programs, initiatives, and communities. Prior to joining ACS, Shiree led project operations for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Home Energy Rebates Program, where he managed budget reporting, recruitment, and process development.
Having earned a Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Music in Conducting degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree from Valdosta State University, Shiree is deeply committed to advancing music education. Certified with music educator teaching certificates in multiple states, Shiree has developed and led impactful music programs across various institutions.
